This Naturally processed Costa Rican is fruity and acidic in all the right ways. Akin to some washed Ethiopian coffees, it pops with green apple and lemon drop candy in the beginning of the cup, cane sugar clarity in the middle, and sweet milk chocolate covered raspberry on the finish. It's crisp and lighter bodied, refreshing and fruity, with a pleasant acidity.

This is a micro-lot, so it won't be around for long! We'll continue to roast it as long as the crop is available, but when it's gone, it's gone! Grab some while you can if you're a fruity coffee lover.
