This natural process Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is classic. Tasting notes of wild blueberry, hibiscus, and milk chocolate paired with a syrupy mouthfeel and slightly heavier body make an absolutely stellar combination. Heavier bodied than it's washed counterparts, but not overly heavy, this coffee really stands out as a special occasion. You'll have an experience all throughout the cup from notes of wild blueberry and chocolate when it's hot, to a more mellow tart blueberry and hibiscus as it cools down. Nearly tea-like in some of it's nuance as it cools it's a winner any time of day.
