This Yirgacheffe is fruit forward with a crisp acidity. Tasting notes of plum, hibiscus, honey, and a light stonefruit acidity yields a balanced but complex cup. This coffee has tea-like qualities and a lighter body, but the fruit notes come through and carry almost an apple juice mouthfeel. 

African farmers in the last few years have had rough growing seasons, and due to that some of the coffees were not what we would have anticipated them to be, however this 2025 crop reverses that narrative with typical juicy fruit notes and light acidity you'd expect from an Ethiopian of yesteryear.
