Tasting Notes: Cacao Nib, Sweet Orange, Cane Sugar

This decaf is very easy drinking and versatile. Cacao nib, followed by a mild sweet citrus, and cane sugar on the finish. This coffee can go great anywhere from a home coffee maker, to pour over, to a cafe espresso set-up. It is a perfect 'daily driver' coffee. A go-to for any occasion, this is a perfect choice for the coffee novice and specialty enthusiast alike.

Decaffeinated using the EA Decaffeination method, which (in our experience) yields a cup closer to a fully caffeinated cup than other decaffeination methods. Colombia is at the forefront of decaf technology and experimentation. Some of the best decafs in the world are coming from their crops and decaffeination facilities.
